In April 2001, the "Home Appliance Recycling Law" was enacted, and Toei received approval from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry as a designated collection point and recycling facility for discarded home appliances. Currently, Toei is engaged in the collection of designated items such as CRT televisions, flat-screen televisions like LCD and plasma, refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, air conditioners, and clothes dryers, as well as the recycling of televisions and computers and motorcycles. We are recycling all parts, starting with the CRT of televisions. We are conducting research on recycling for the future, working towards a more efficient and comfortable factory environment, and striving to increase the recycling rate, continuing our efforts towards complete resource recovery.
